Rotman Commerce Venture Capital (RCVC) is a student club at the University of Toronto. The executive team runs rcventure.ca. Questions go to rotmancommercevc@gmail.com.

Only what you type into the site's two forms:

• The contact form: your first and last name, your email, your message, and the page you sent it from.
• The event list: your email and the page you joined from.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

Submissions are saved as private files in the club's Vercel storage. Only the executive team can read them, through a key-protected admin page. When email delivery is on, contact messages are also sent to the club's Gmail inbox through Resend, and event-list addresses are added to a Resend mailing list.

Vercel, Resend, and Google may store this data outside Canada.

To reply to your message, and to email the event list about RCVC events. We never sell your information or pass it to partner firms.

Messages are kept while they are useful to the team. Event-list addresses stay until you ask to be removed.

Email rotmancommercevc@gmail.com to leave the event list, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We act on requests within 30 days.

Executive members' names, roles, portraits, and LinkedIn links appear on the team page. To change or remove yours, email rotmancommercevc@gmail.com.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
